Stride Retail Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Stride Retail Affiliate Program! This program is designed to reward our affiliates for referring new customers to our suite of products and services. By participating in the program, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to become an affiliate, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Have an active and valid website or social media profile.

Complete the affiliate application and be approved by Stride Retail.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in our affiliate program, submit your application through our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. Approval is at our discretion based on the alignment of your marketing channels with our brand values.

4. Obligations of Affiliates

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on Stride Retail.
• Use only the marketing materials provided by Stride Retail for promoting our products.
• Comply with all laws, including those governing email marketing and anti-spam laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Engaging in any form of deceptive or fraudulent activity.
• Creating websites or social media profiles that mimic Stride Retail’s branding.
• Using "Stride Retail" in domain names or social media usernames without permission.

6. Commission Structure

Commissions are paid on a per enrollment basis made through properly coded affiliate links.  Each time you refer someone to us using your unique link and that person signs up you will receive $250 commission and the new customer will receive a $250 credit towards their onboarding fee. Commissions are subject to review and change at our discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid one month after the customer goes live (has been using the software for 30 days).  Stride will send a $250 prepaid Visa gift card to the address you specified on your application unless requested to send to another address.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use the Stride Retail trademarks and logos provided in the affiliate portal solely for the purpose of promoting our products. All intellectual property rights remain with Stride Retail.

9. Term and Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause by giving the other party written notice of termination.

10. Modification of Terms

Stride Retail reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and must comply with the new terms to continue participating in the program.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stride Retail will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate system sale failures, data loss, or any other issues beyond our control.

12. Indemnity

Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Stride Retail and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Stride Retail to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement by the affiliate.

13. Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State] without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws. Any legal actions against Stride Retail must be commenced within one year after the claim arose.
