Turn on Serial/Lot number Tracking

1. Click this image.

2. Click "Configuration"

3. Click "Settings"

4. Check the box next to Lot & Serial Tracking to turn on the ability to track by Serial numbers and Lots. Note, this only enables the feature. Serial/Lot tracking will need to be enabled on the individual product as well.
