How to send an Abandoned Cart Recovery Email


1. Navigate to the "Website" module

2. Click "eCommerce"

3. Click "Abandoned Carts"

4. You can individually select each order to send a recovery email. Or, you can click the checkbox at the top and select all the records and send all the cart recovery emails at once.

5. Click "Action"

6. Click "Send a Cart Recovery Email"

7. Click "SEND"

Please note that the template can be edited and saved. Do not change anything that is highlighted as this is hard coded and will change depending on what is in the customers' cart.

8. How to SELECT ALL - Click this checkbox to select all
