How to Add an Opportunity to a Customer in the "Contacts" App

Add an Opportunity to a Customer through the "Contacts" app.

1. Go to the Contacts app

2. Search for, or select the contact you want to add an opportunity for.

3. Click "Opportunities"

4. Click "NEW"

5. Click "ADD"

6. Click "Eli Lambert's opportunity"

7. In the opportunity card you can add notes, tags, quotations etc.

8. In the "Extra Information" tab you can add more details, and assign the opportunity to a sales team.

9. Click "Internal Notes"

10. Click here to add internal notes

11. Click here to save.
