How to see customer history.

1. Navigate to the "Contacts" module.

2. Search for or click on the contact you want to look at.

3. Click here to view quotations or sales orders tied to this contact.

4. Click "Ready Mat, Billy Fox" to go back to contact card.

5. Click "PoS Orders" to see all POS transactions tied to contact. (Sales and refunds)

6. Click "Ready Mat, Billy Fox" to go back to contact card.

7. Click "Events" to see any events this person bought a ticket to.

8. Click "More" to see other data associated with this contact.

9. Click "Invoiced" to see invoices tied to contact.

10. Click "Ready Mat, Billy Fox" to go back to contact.
