Data Migration Policy

1. Migration Process

Data migration into Stride Retail is facilitated through automated scripts designed by Stride Retail. These scripts ensure a streamlined and efficient transfer of data.

Only the fields specifically listed in the provided migration table will be migrated automatically to Stride Retail. It is the customer's responsibility to review this table and ensure that all required fields are included in their data prior to initiating migration.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must verify the accuracy and completeness of their data in their current software prior to the start of the migration process. Stride Retail is not responsible for any inaccuracies or missing data found in the customer's current software.

It is imperative that customers confirm all necessary data fields are correctly prepared and formatted for migration, as outlined in the migration table provided.

3. Custom Data Uploads

Should customers wish to migrate additional data not covered in the automatic migration process, Stride Retail offers the option of custom uploads through the purchase of a Stride Power Pack. Details and pricing for custom uploads can be discussed with a Stride Retail representative.

4. Post-Migration Review Period

Customers will have a 10-day period from the date of data migration completion to review and confirm the accuracy and integrity of the migrated data in their new Stride Retail system.

During this review period, customers are encouraged to verify that all data has been successfully transferred and is functioning as expected within the Stride Retail environment.

5. Post-Review Support and Corrections

If discrepancies or issues with the migrated data are discovered within the 10-day review period, customers should immediately notify Stride Retail to rectify the issues at no additional charge.

After the 10-day review period, any further adjustments or corrections to the data will require the purchase of a Stride Power Pack. Stride Retail will provide necessary support under the terms of the Power Pack to ensure data integrity and system functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stride Retail shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other issues arising from incorrect data originally present in your current software or from data not included in the predefined migration fields.

7. Agreement to Terms

By initiating data migration from your current software to Stride Retail, customers agree to these terms and conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure understanding and agreement of all terms outlined herein prior to commencing the migration process.
